The Scientific Library of HEI "Podillia State University" dates back to March 1921, when Kamianets-Podilskyi Agricultural Institute was established on the basis of the Agricultural Faculty.
The books transferred from both Kamianets-Podilskyi University and the library of the Theological Seminary constituted the library fund of that time. The Scientific Library is still in a historic building that once housed a Theological Seminary.
The Scientific Library of HEI "Podillia State University" is also the leading library of the methodological association of the Khmelnytskyi Territorial Association of Agricultural Libraries.
