The Educational and Scientific Institute of Food Technologies was established on the initiative of the Rector of the Higher Educational Institution «Podillia State University», Professor Volodymyr IVANYSHYN, and by the decision of the Academic Council of the University of November 1, 2022.
The purpose of the Institute is to train highly qualified specialists in the field of production and management of food quality and safety; production and processing of livestock products and specialists capable of applying a research and professional approach to solving production issues of cost-effective, energy-saving and environmentally friendly production and processing of livestock products.
The Educational and Research Institute of Food Technologies trains specialists in the following specialties:
181 «Food Technologies» (Bachelor's degree)
204 «Technologies of Livestock Production and Processing»
(Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, Doctor of Philosophy).
The structure of the Institute includes the following departments:
- Department of Food Production Technologies and Food Standardization;
- Technologies of Livestock Production and Processing;
- Chemistry
The academic staff of the Educational and Research Institute of Food Technologies has a high scientific and pedagogical potential, which is focused on the formation of a specialist with strategic and critical thinking, what is able to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the course of professional activity.

«Monitoring of biosphere chemical composition».
