Educational and Scientific Center of Advanced Training of Higher Educational Institution «Podillia State University» was established to provide educational, research, scientific and educational, project, consulting, information, innovation, mediation and practical services, training and advanced training by profession, providing educational services related to obtaining vocational education at the level of qualification requirements for vocational training. In addition, the center is directly involved in promoting the scientific developments of university scientists, training advisers, organizing groups of experts to provide consulting assistance to specialists in agricultural formations of various forms of ownership.

The Center is guided in its activities by the Laws of Ukraine "On Education", "On Higher Education", the Charter of the University, Regulations, orders and directives of the Rector of the University and other laws and regulations on matters within the competence of the center.

The main purpose of the center is specialized improvement of education and professional training of listeners by deepening, expanding and updating its professional knowledge, skills and abilities, or obtaining another specialty based on previously acquired educational and qualification level and practical experience, specialization, advanced training, internships, others forms of training of specialists for fulfilling the needs of the region.

The main task of the center is to implement a flexible system of continuing professional education of individuals, which aims to ensure their ability to work in rapidly changing socio-economic relations. The Center may perform other tasks that do not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine.
