September 6, 1961, Yuriampil village, Borshchiv district, Ternopil region, Ukraine.


Education:
Full higher education. Graduated from Odesa Polytechnic Institute in 1989, Specialty "Automobile and automotive industry".


Research activity:
The Ph.D. thesis on the topic: "Leasing in agricultural production" was defended in 2003.
The academic title of Associate Professor was awarded in 2004.
The doctoral dissertation on the topic: "The system of development of technical support for the agrarian sector of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine: methodology and organization" was defended in 2011.
The title of professor was awarded in 2013.
Corresponding Member of NAAS of Ukraine, Specialty "Economics and management of enterprises (by type of economic activity) since 2020.

The main directions of scientific activity: development of scientific and methodical bases and strategic questions of agroleasing in Ukraine. In his works, he was the first in Ukraine to substantiate the role of leasing in providing agricultural enterprises.


Teaches subjects: "Fundamentals of Transport Economics", "General Course of Transport", "Transport Management and Marketing".

Honoured Worker of Agriculture of Ukraine, Chevalier of the Order of Merit, III, II and I degree. Awarded with the Diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Honorary Diplomas of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Badge "Excellence in Agrarian Education and Science of Ukraine".
